Hey, free book!

Here's a draft of a book based on this blog: Wittgenstein's Tractatus: A Student's Guide. It should appear in book format if you print two pages per sheet.

I think the form of a blog is better suited to this kind of content, but it is always nice to have these things in a more compact (discrete, tangible etc.) format as well. Keep up the good work and thanks for making the draft available.

Thanks. I think both formats have their uses, and the content is slightly different in each. I should make it the same, but I haven't got around to that yet.

Thanks a lot for putting all that together. Looks great!

I can't get the link to open. ;-)

Sorry about that. All my web pages have been either moved or deleted. I hope the link works now.

Yes, it works now.

Thank you, Duncan.

This is really awesome. I have been using Norman Melchiert's (sic?) chapter from the Great Conversation to make the TLP a bit less un-teachable to lower-level undergrads, and am also very happy with Ray Monk's latest, but I may very well use this next year in my class if you'll allow it!

I certainly will allow it, yes. Thanks for the kind words. (I'm also glad to see that it's still possible to comment, despite the fact that the blog has been dormant for awhile.)

Thank you for gathering your notes in a book, this is really helpful for us.I tried to download the book but It seems the link is not working for some reason, and a message appears that: "You are not authorized to view this page".

Thanks for the comment, Ahmad. It turns out I'm not authorized to view it either! I'll try to move it somewhere else and post a working link.
